Teresa Feagans is a professional photographer in the Kansas City, Missouri area. Always having a love of photography, Teresa started in 1991 helping to photograph weddings while working on her Bachelor of Science degree in Photography from Central Missouri State University. After graduating from CMSU in 1994 she went on to pursue a career in graphics design at the Nevada News Print Shop in Nevada, MO and then with the Lee’s Summit Journal in Lee’s Summit, MO. At the same time she continued working on her photography career on the side.

She decided in the summer of 2004 to resign from her Graphics Manager position after 6-1/2 years at the Lee’s Summit Journal to spend more time with her family and build up her photography business.

Teresa is a member of the local Professional Photographers Association (PPA GKC) as well as the Missouri PPA and the National PPA and the National Association of Photoshop Professionals (NAPP). She is also an active member of the Lee’s Summit Chamber of Commerce and a distributor for Carlson Craft.
